CERTIFIED INTERPRETATION
Certified interpretation
Certified interpreting is an official, oral translation performed by a certified interpreter.
A certified interpreter is a professional who has sworn an oath before an Appeal Court and certifies that the content of their contributions faithfully reflects the original speech they are translating in full.
Certified interpreting is generally required during various public or official procedures before Appeal and other courts, as well as in solicitors’ offices in situations where one or more parties do not speak the official language.
